To help you plan your holiday shopping, please note that our final dispatch date before the holiday period is Tuesday, 23 December.
Some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, as outlined on our website. Several suppliers cease operations from 16 December, while others continue dispatching until 19 December. Items dispatched by suppliers on 19 December may be subject to extended delivery times.
Please also be aware that orders placed on 23 December and onwards will be dispatched from 5 January 2026.

We offer free standard delivery (3-5 days) on all orders of purchases over £75.
All prices quoted on our site, and all amounts set above, are exclusive of VAT at 20%.
Next day delivery is available on request over the phone.
If your order is under £75, the shipping charge will be between £5.00 to £6.99 and will be calculated in your basket automatically for you.
We offer a FREE click & collect services from our in-store branch.
Please note that surcharges apply on all courier deliveries outside mainland UK, and next working day delivery is not applicable to deliveries outside mainland UK. For courier purposes, the following destinations are considered as outside mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles. The postcodes that fall within these areas are: All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, KA27-KA28, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT.
