Returns Policy: Notification of Defects and Return of Goods

Please notify Euro Hardware of any alleged defects or damage to the goods within 2 days of delivery or collection. In cases where the defect or damage isn’t apparent upon reasonable inspection, please inform us within a reasonable time after discovery. The notice should specify the particular defect or damage, allowing Euro Hardware a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods. If Euro Hardware acknowledges the defect or damage and deems the goods faulty, we will rectify, replace, or credit the invoice value of the goods. This resolution will be considered in full satisfaction of any claim, absolving Euro Hardware of further liability for loss or damage arising from the defect.

Return of Goods

At our discretion, Euro Hardware may permit the return of goods within 7 days from the purchase date. Products bought more than a month ago are non-refundable. Returned goods, not deemed defective or damaged, should be in an unused, unopened, and saleable condition to qualify for a full refund. Opened or used products are subject to Euro Hardware’s discretion. If goods are allowed to be returned, Euro Hardware is entitled to retain a handling/restocking charge equivalent to 15% of the sale price. This policy extends to refused packages upon delivery attempt, insufficient/incorrect addresses leading to returns, or unclaimed items.
